Refunds & Cancellations

1. Nature of the service

ShobhaAI sells one-time digital credit packs in INR. Each credit is consumed when an AI image is generated. Because credits unlock immediate digital delivery, all purchases are generally considered final.

2. When you can request a refund

We will issue a refund (full or partial) in the following cases:
  • Duplicate charge — Cashfree debited you more than once for the same order.
  • Payment captured but credits not delivered within 24 hours and our team is unable to credit them manually.
  • Verified platform outage that prevented you from using purchased credits for more than 72 hours.

3. Non-refundable situations

  • Credits already consumed to generate images.
  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic style of a generation (please re-run with a different model / pose).
  • Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.

4. Cancellations

We do not offer monthly subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@shobhaai.com from your registered email address with:
  • Your Cashfree order ID (e.g. shobha_…)
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Brief description of the issue
We review every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved faster directly.
