ShobhaAI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered product photography service operated from Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Credits are sold in INR. One credit equals one generated image. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active. All applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of the source product images you upload. You receive a commercial-use licence to the AI-generated outputs created from your uploads. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and underlying models.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party model outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShobhaAI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Unused credits are not refundable on termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
